Dre capital Founder
Being an astute Short Term Rental investor and entrepreneur over the years, Kunle quickly realized the potential of multi family accommodation shortly after he acquired a degree in Estate Management from the prestigious University of Lagos as he found out that his passion for serving and educating others was in great demand.
He has used this experience and knowledge gathered to gain investors trust thereby starting and conveniently maintaining his real estate business.
He is passionate about building wealth for his partners and investors through commercial real estate.
We are a privately held real estate investment firm founded to identify, acquire and manage value-add real estate investments with specific characteristics and economic growth trends that hold the potential for long-term growth on behalf of our partners with a focus on the hospitality sector. With an in-house property management company and structural/interior design team, our firm is able to perform at optimum capacity ensuring we protect investor capital and secure high yield returns while creating long term value and enjoying predictable appreciation.
Founded from an already existing ‘now subsidiary’ company known as Droptop Suites (founded officially in 2018; 3 years down the line of active business activities, Dre Capital was launched to facilitate investments that provide lucrative returns through STR(Short Term Rentals). As the portfolio developed, we wanted a more structured platform that birthed Dre Capital.
We acquire income generating assets that provide opportunities for partners and investors to preserve capital investments, retain capital gains on acquired assets through effective and quality management, provide the distribution of cash flow, residual income and future capital appreciation of assets.
We invest our capital in our transactions alongside other investors capital then map out business plans to allow for investors profits prior to our own. This has been the norm since years back where we manage properties for the purpose of short term rentals through our subsidiary company Droptop Suites on behalf of property owners; owners are paid what is guaranteed before we pay ourselves.

LTI model by Dre Capital; Lease to Invest
Lease To Invest Here is a model we just introduced sometime ago where we lease an entire facility usually owned by an individual owner/company so we deal with just one party. Subscribers get to invest capital and make returns based on what is invested. This strategy has been successfully implemented over the years and its effectiveness cannot be overemphasized. The model doesn’t permit for capital gains on your investment capital nor does it encourage diversification of your investment, however your quarterly/monthly returns are guaranteed for a period of the lease tenure and this guarantees up to 30% – 40% ROI.
We identify, acquire and manage income generating assets that provide opportunities for investors to preserve capital investments, enjoy the opportunities of cash flow and residual income and future capital appreciation of assets for those acquired for the purpose of speculation, development and rentals.
THE CBD PROJECT
CHELSEA BY DROPTOP: (CBD) is a development of 12 units of 2bedroom serviced apartments, 2 units of one-bedroom studio apartments and 1 unit of one-bedroom apartment.
For the purpose of this project, 6 Nos (2 –beds) will be put into consideration.
The minimum capital accepted from a subscriber for this particular project is N4m and goes up as high as N20m.
We focus on cash flow and ROI with the goal of maximizing profitability from the investment made. Offering 30% ROI in 12 months, below are the payment options available per capital invested.

This is a scheme you don’t have to break the bank to get into; a way better option over land banking in remote areas which would not yield that much within that time frame and even if it does; the benefits of cash flow and periodical payments cannot be overemphasized.
PROS OF THE SCHEME
A more flexible plan compared to setting up apartments for Airbnb where your
principal is not guaranteed in your first year of operations.
Less stress regarding expenses during the cause of the year (e.g. maintenance,
renovation, etc.)
Periodical payments i.e. cash flow compared to land banking where at the point of sale; your total profit is still less the agency commission from the real estate company.
NB: - This is not to condemn the land banking scheme; reasonable profit is made within at least 5 years when you buy and hold.
